How can I update my current Titan to newer builds/versions?

Answer

Follow the below steps-by-steps procedure.


Pre-requisites

  1. You should be running Titan NexGen and not Titan Legacy or CSMFT Legacy



Steps

Below steps are about how to update your current Titan NexGen to newer builds/versions. 


  1. Login to your Titan NexGen Server.

  2. Navigate to Home > PRODUCT INFO

  3. Click the update button in the mid-upper right hand corner of your Titan webUI.

  1. Download – This is to download the version listed under Version.

  2. Release Notes – You can view the changelog or release notes of the specific update.


  1. After clicking download, it will download the latest version. Then you have to open that *.exe file and install as normal. 

  1. Select the language, then click OK to enter the Setup wizard.

  2. Then click Next

  3. Choose I accept the agreement, then click Next

  4. Click Next

  5. Then it will start installing the update, once done click Finish


Checking


To check if you are running an update version, login again to your admin UI.

https://localhost:31443/. Upon login go to Home > PRODUCT INFO and check if you are running now the latest version.
