i have basic support, which is email only.  it sucks since i constantly wait on a reply but thats what my company bought.  im looking how to create and install new ssl cert for my https service.  i was given a document from SRT but its not working.  when cert is created it blanks out the name so i cant choose it from dropdown.  i finally figured out a way to give it a name and its in Manage certificates but like before its not part of the drop down so i cant select it.  anyone have proper steps on the whole process?
