How do I give a user admin capability?

You can enable the administrator option for each user which will give them limited administrator capabilities such as managing users.
Steps
- Navigate to Domain > Server > Users >Choose the user and click the pencil icon to Edit
- Click Edit User & Assigned Groups
- Check the box for User Admin.
- Click Next.
- Then click Next.
- Click Finish to save all changes.
