Follow the below step-by-step procedure.



Steps to Backup Server Configuration



  1. Login to your Titan NexGen Server.
  2. Navigate to your Domain >  Server > Group go to ADSI tab.

  1. Click the + button, then Enter the Group Name from your Active Directory that you like to be added. > Then click the Search Button (you may enter wildcard too fur broad query * ).A screenshot of a computerDescription automatically generated


  1. Click the arrowhead down button to choose the group.



  1. Then select the group(s) you wanted to add > then click ADD

  1. Once added, verify in the Users Tab if Users have been added.
