The Connections General tab is used to configure general connection settings. These values can be set at the ServerGroups, and User level.

Answer

Follow these steps to set a time limit for user connections:

Steps

For Server:

  1. Login to Admin web UI.

  1. Navigate Domain, select your Server, then go to Connections and select the General Tab.

  2. In General tab, check the Idle Connection Timeout and set to it to your desire idle connection time limit. Then click APPLY. Restart service and test.

For Groups: Go to Groups > Select a Group then Edit and Select Edit Group Connections.

For User: Go to Groups > Select a Group then Edit and Select Edit User Connections.
