IE 11 Webui Login issue

IE 11 Webui Login issue

When logging into the Titan/CS webui via IE 11, clicking the Login button generates no result - there is no error and the user is not logged in.  There are two solutions to this issue

Solution 1

Add the webui URL to the compatibility View List:

Solution 2

Verify the version of the .NET Framework installed on the Titan/CS server (4.5 at a minimum).  Go to HKLM\software\microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full and verify the Version in place.  The presence of the Release DWORD indicates the correct version is in place.

If the version is not 4.5 or higher, please download and install the latest .NET framework on the Titan/CS server.
