Steps to Move Files using Event Upload Successful:


  1. In your Admin Console, go to Domain > Server > Events > click + button.

  2. Click Events > click Add Events

  3. Navigate to File Events > File Upload/Write > click Upload/Write successful > click Okay

  4. Add a condition. Click Condition > Add Condition

  5. Specify what condition you want to meet choose from the options then click Okay.

  6. Then click Actions  > + Add Action.

  7. Choose File System – Move Files > Specify the destination where you wanted to move the files > click Okay

  8. Click Next.
  9. Enter a Name for your Event then click Next

  10. Verify if all the information is correct, then click Create. 



 

Steps to Move Files using Event Schedule:

  1. In your Admin Console, go to Domain > Server > Events > click + button.

  2. Click Events > click Add Events

  3. Choose Scheduled Events > Scheduled Standard Event > then click Okay


  4. Click Conditions > + Add Condition 


  5. Make sure condition is enabled, first execution date is set, Frequency is set to either repeat or one time, and if you choose repeat, set when do you want the event to be repeated in below example its everyday > then click Okay


  6. Click Actions > + Add Action


  7. Choose File System - Move Files > Change the Source Path and Filename as to where to get file from, and the Destination Path and Filename as to where to move the files > then click Okay


  8. Click Next
  9. Then name your Event > click Next

  10. Verify that all information are correct. Once done, click Create
