Steps

  1. Navigate to the FTPS or HTTPS tab under services and click on “Manage Certificates”.

  1. Click on “New” at the top right hand corner.

  1. Fill in all of the required fields and click on Next.

  1. Give your certificate a name and select “Generate CSR for signing by Trusted CA”.

  1. Click on Finish.
  2. When you have the signed certificate, navigate to “Manage Certificates” and click on “Update” on the existing CSR you created above.

  1. Browse for the file (.pem, .pfx, .crt) provided by your CA and click on Update.

  1. Certificate is now updated so you can select it from the certificate dropdown to apply.
