You can easily configure your Titan Server for remote administration from another device using the steps below.

Pre-requisites

  1. Titan SFTP, Titan MFT or Titan DMZ Server installed

  2. Titan Server Administrator account credentials to access the Admin Interface

  3. Proper port (e.g. 31443) opened locally on the server for accessing the Titan Server Admin

  4. Optional: TLS Certificate

Steps

  1. Login to your Windows Server with Titan installed

  2. Click on The Titan Server Icon to load the Administrator interface in a browser and login using your Admin account credentials for Titan Server

  1. Titan MFT or SFTP Admin UI: https://IPAddressOrMachineName:31443

  2. Titan DMZ Admin UI: https://IPAddressOrMachineName:32443

  1. Once successfully logged in, you are ready to configure Remote Admin access to your Titan Server.

  2. From the main page of the Titan Server Administrator, select the top-level Home option and then select the “Edit” icon to the far right for the Local Domain you have in Titan.

  1. NOTE: Using the default certificate will cause a warning in the browser as the certificate is self-signed. You’ll want to go back out to the main Home option and choose the “Manage Certificates” option at the top right. Now, you can Import a proper TLS certificate for use.
