When submitting a trouble ticket through the help desk, the client services engineer will sometimes request a copy of the logfile with the 'Logging Level' set to Debug.
To set the Logging Level to debug:
1. Run the Titan/Cornerstone Admin Console
2. Click on the
+ key next to your server instance (our example is
test)
3. Select the tree node item named
Logging
4. In the right tab-pane, select
Log Settings
5. In the
Information Level group box, select
Debug Level Information
6. Click
Apply to save the changes
7. You should stop-restart the server instance by right-clicking on the server instance node in the tree (our example is named
test), select
Stop, then select
Start
