How do I completely uninstall Cornerstone MFT from my server?

Reasoning

I am trying to uninstall and re-install Cornerstone MFT, but I think I performed something incorrectly since the Add/Remove page in Control Panel no longer shows Cornerstone MFT as an installed application. Also, the installer performs an incomplete upgrade and renders the application non-functional.

It appears the initial install or uninstall was not performed properly so it is strongly recommended you follow the below steps to help you recover your Cornerstone MFT application and configuration:

Pre-requisites (if reinstalling Cornerstone MFT)

1. Stop the Cornerstone MFT Daemon Service (if still present)
   
2. Make a backup of your Data directory (or rename it if it is too large)
   
3. Make a backup of your database(s) in SQL Server Management Studio
   
4. Make a backup of the following registry keys:
   

1. ODBC Data Source: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC
   
2. South River Technologies registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\South River Technologies
   

Steps

1. Locate and delete the following binary files in the C:\Windows\System32\ directory:
   

1. srxTitan.exe
   
2. srFxResDll.dll
   
3. srResDll.dll
   
4. srxCOM.dll
   

2. Locate and delete the following directories, if still present:
   

1. C:\ProgramData\South River Technologies\
   
2. C:\Program Files\South River Technologies\Cornerstone MFT\
   
3. Base Data Directory C:\srtMFTData\
   
4. Base Log Directory C:\srtMFTLogs\
   
5. Any directory starting with {DB2112* under the hidden InstallShield directory in the C:\Program Files x86\ directory
   

3. Navigate to the ODBC Data Sources (64 bit) applet (Start, OBC Data Sources (64 bit)), System DSN tab, and delete the Cornerstone MFT DSNs
   

4. Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\South River Technologies in the registry
   

5. Reboot the server to clear any remnants that are cached in memory
