Symptom: fxEventMgr::_eventsLoadFromDatabase() failed: Unable to open database. (Error 2002)
appears in the log file.

Solution:
  1. Run SQL Management Studio Express
  2. Find the customers database in the list of database
  3. Right-click on the database and select "New Query"
  4. Open the ehtables.sql file (you can open it in notepad) and then paste the entire query into the new query window

You do not need to stop the CS/GD server during this process and once the tables are created the error should stop appearing in the logfile.
