Many of our new customers are already using third-party servers, but the biggest challenge for them in migrating to Titan is migrating user information.

We have confirmed that it is possible to import by CSV with PowerShell, but that support requires a paid contract sold separately.

This can give a bad impression to users who are considering migrating.

In order to increase the market share of Titan, we should facilitate the migration procedure from other companies' servers and promote migration support.

They want the support team and the sales team to discuss and consider this.

If this feature doesn't exist, we'd like to see it supported in NXCLI and the UI.
