I have inherited this system from a previous employee. We host everything on prem, and it seems that he may have been testing out some other solutions for FTP near the end of his time here, and had swapped the physical path for another service.

I am going to continue using Titan FTP 2019 if I can get it back up and running again.

My question is, which directory should I set the Physical path in IIS to so my users can sign in and use the public facing portal?

I currently have it set to "C:\Program Files\South River Technologies\Titan FTP Server\WebUI" as that seemed the most obvious. However, this resolves to a 404 error for some reason.

Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.
